The largest annual AIDS benefit concert in Northern California, Help Is on the Way, took place Sunday night at San Francisco's beautiful Palace of Fine Arts and featured performances from stars including Spencer Day, Glee's Alex Newell (who plays the trans Gleek, Unique), movie star Loretta Devine, and the voices of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. Take a look at the following photos from the event, which helped raise funds for several San Francisco Bay Area HIV and AIDS service groups, including Aguilas, AIDS Housing Alliance, Project Open Hand, and Shanti.
