Holding a sign calling his neighbor a "Gay Asian With AIDS," an Orlando resident and a symbol of hate and ignorance has been watched by many.
A Donald Trump supporter recently picketed his own neighbor with a sign that has since gone viral, calling him “A gay Asian with AIDS who hates America & fireworks.” On the back read, “A butt hurt Trump hater lives here. Who’s the Keyboard Warrior now?”
According to reports, the Orlando-based Trumper is Matt Sherman. In the video, he’s seen sitting in front of his neighbor’s home on a folding chair. Orlando Weekly states the war between them started after an argument occurred on NextDoor, a private social networking app for neighbors.
“He thinks I’m gay and he thinks I have AIDS. I don’t even really care about fireworks!” the victimized neighbor says in the video before adding of the Trump supporter, “He lives with his parents.”
But as it turns out, the right wing protestor may have broken the law. According to Florida’s Ordnance 43.42: “It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to picket before or about any residential or dwelling unit of any person... This section shall not apply to a person peacefully picketing upon property which he owns or which he is lessee or peaceful picketing within a place commonly used for public assembly."
