Season 4 of The Switch is back with four new episodes, premiering this spring on HIVPlusMag.com/The-Switch. This season, Plus dives even deeper into the resilient and transformative stories of four individuals living with HIV. They share their journeys of making "the switch" to positive lifestyles and health routines to help them thrive while living with HIV.

The new season features a dynamic lineup, including Ocean Engineering Ph.D. Eric Nieves, motivational speaker Niko Flowers, TikTok’s Client Solutions Team Lead John Gibson, and erotic pole dancer Dey Armbrister, who also serves as president of Impulse Group.
