Four HIV-positive individuals share how you can find purpose in your diagnosis and thrive with HIV.
For the final episode of the fourth season of Plus’s video series, “The Talk,” we sit back down with Bryan, Morris, Mark, and Milan to discuss how to thrive while living with HIV. From realizing your life’s purpose to being reminded that you’re still living, your life is just beginning with your diagnosis. “I think that learning my diagnosis gave me clarity in life,” Award-Winning HIV Activist & Cancer Survivor Bryan C. Jones shares. “It defines the work that I do and I tend to call it living in purpose.” All four of these remarkable individuals have made HIV advocacy their mission, finding a new beginning in life once they were diagnosed. That new beginning has yielded them an abundance of happiness. And they’re passing that along to make the journey a little easier for anyone who has just begun. “I know what my distinct purpose is and that is helping other people,” Bryan explains. “It has caused me to thrive and live a greater life.” Watch the video to learn more.
